Fire Safety Training

Why do you need it?

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order was introduced in 2006. There are no more routine visits from the local fire service. The new legislation puts responsibility for fire safety (including training employees) very firmly on the shoulders of business owners, who have a duty of care to employees and visitors alike.

What if you don’t do it?

When you're in business, you can't afford to take chances with fire safety, especially if your negligence could cost you a hefty fine or even imprisonment. From 16th January 2009, the maximum fine for breaches of health and safety law was increased to £20,000 per offence.

What do you need to do?

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Article: 21, says “must ensure that....employees are provided with adequate safety training”.

Get your staff on a training course, which we can do on-site, course format is:
